Mold Keys For Bucket Helmet?

I am Molding an Standard-Helmet with the Shape like a MICH or PASGT Helmet.



Now i am asking me, are Keys necessary?

I am using Plaster Bands for the Mothermold, because i can´t use Bondo insight and outside is not possible, its too cold.



I build a Two-Part Mothermold, the Helmet looks like this:
