Not done with photoshop because i do't have it!!!
Ok photoshop have a stained glass filter, its not called a filter in Gimp its called a conversion, so sorry for every one calling me a lier because i diden't know it was a filter in photoshop!!!

So please someone lock this

Yuppers. Well, I guess I dont know, considering I dont have a percentage, but it opens a window. A window which would show that. So Im gonna go with yes....

oke lastspartan your right i agree. but then the dude says its not a filter.
i can prove its a filter just like the filter over his image in the tag he is using.

and i rather say whats on my mind then go say somehting like "OMG MAN THATS FREAKING HOT GOOD JOB" that way he will never learn the difference between what is nice ore not in a global sense of the word.
