Thnxs for the advice guys but the problem about the helmet size is it's not the ears but the hole won't fit it'll just sit there I'll post some pics when I can

I had the same problem. But I found out after I resined the outside and had rondoed the inside. Nothing the Dremal couldn't fix now it fits perfect and will need minimal padding. Keep up the good work.

Definately. Its WAY too small. youre gunna want to measure from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head and then add 3-4 cm for padding and other inner accesories.

I wouldn't scrap it, put it on a shelf save it for later while you work on your wearable helmet. That same file was my first pep, and same thing happened to me with scaling. I kept working on it anyway just for practice since the fiberglassing and bondo stages take time to build skill. Luckily it fits my nephew, so it wasnt a total waste.

Thanks but it doesn't fit my brother's or my baby brother's head either so I don't know what to do with it.
