thanks! well i'm gonna cut it to fit snug and the sides are going to be a lil bit longer and i'm using a heat gun to bend the sides in and use velcro to attach the visor. i'll definatly post pics asap

it's pretty easy to do. cept the face kinda gave me some trouble..but LOTS of bondo so be ready for that lol. but overall it was a great project. good luck on yours!

Sweet, I think I'll do recon after I get done with my rogue for my friend, and just use the left over visor scraps to do the recon visor.
