I'm planning on making an ODST armor, and I am wondering what materials i should buy.

For resin I'm planing on using Bondo Fiberglass Resin

For the Bondo I am planning on using normal body filler

, I am also wondering what the difference is between the light body filler

That is it for the hardening.

As for the mold am i able to use (I am planing on replicating what I'm going to make)

Mold-Craft Liquid Rubber Mold Builder (3.75L)

And for the visor I am planing on molding an ODST visor and casting it with

Castin Craft Clear Polyester Casting Resin

Would you recommend any changes or additions for the materials.

List looks good for the hardening. I don't know about the molding and casting supplies however.

As far as I know there isn't really a difference between body filler and lightweight body filler. I have used both and I have seen no difference.

The only thing I would recommend is that you post this in the appropriate [Help] sticky at the top of the noob forum. You question would get much more attention there.
