wow! awsome helmet, im excited to see how the rest of it comes out! ill be sure to follow this post, so keep up the good work and dont give up on it :D

PS: another smoothcast question...

compared to fiberglass and resin, how strong is it? and how many coats do you do?
 
It is strong and U only need about 2-3 coats (I mixed small portion at the time and took 7 times to cover the whole helmet)

wow super clean sharp angles and it is awesome man great job i got my own pep file that i started its realy funny looking though any advice to get it as clean as yours would be just awesome keep up the great work : )

hmmm... u cut with scissors and not an exacto knife? interesting... and i think ur clean folds come from that metal ruler. its slim and the edges are thin. very interesting.... thanks for the pic :D
