T TheBlue Well-Known Member Aug 1, 2007 #7 Don't mache it. I tried that and my reg. paper helm turned out like crap. Just some advise.

J JFKWarEagle New Member Aug 3, 2007 #9 Fiberglass it Use Fiberglass on it. It's fairly easy once you get the ratio down. Follow the instructions and do it OUTSIDE. I've just finished fiberglassing mine. It's worth it, to have a helmet that will last. Next up. Sanding and finishing.
