Hey whats up guys

my little brother wants to do a halo costume for his Cubs Halloween party i love him because he is my brother but trying to shape foam or plastic for a 9 year old isnt easy

so i need to think of a costume to make him any suggestions hes gonna wear it once want to keep the price down to low as i can to be but still ONI / UNSC / ODST any team
