Need help with LEDs

I'm putting some LEDs in my AR, but I don't know exactly how to wire them to a battery AND a switch. What batteries should I use?

use the button/ watch batteries. they last fairly long and are not overpowered.

If the leds are 3.3v, then you could use two double A batteries to achieve 3 volts which you could use to power your led(s).
