Need places to get resin (grarge kit grade)

Not sure where to put this subject but it relates to getting resins but it is for costumes.

I have read the costumes section how to get equivalent resins in Australia for making a master chief outfit.
what i want to ask is if anythore can get equivalent materials here in oz to make rubber moldsm vaccum pumps
(to extract air bubbles from molds )and
more importantly garage kit grade resin (the white stuff)

I would like to make a masterchief outfit one day but for now I am interested in molesting my old
G1 joe figures and turn them into halo figures
(or at least use them to make 3.3/4 " size ..the perfect size for playing with vehicles)

Be nice to have a masterchief driving a hiss tank or better yet as a comparison the any v cobra viper and b.a.t.s. figures

any ideas guys there from the states if theer are any suppliers that can do overseas and if fits with refgulations I am all ears as wellm but as much as posible I would like to get the materials locally.
