need some help on making pep Grunt costume

Hi my bro wants to be a grunt and I have the pep files but it's not unfolded and i'm no good at unfolding. So if anyone could help me on the scaling and unfolding that would be great also PM me with the info thx..........

The chest pieces may be worth using, and the mask also. The back pack portion of the torso though would strecth onto many pages. You are better off using someo sort of styrene material and using reference pictures to rough out the pack.

Well the back doesn't matter to much i'm fine with big peices but good idea though.......the model isn't to hard because well it's one piece.............i'd love some help and i'll put pics up when I get the unfolded model and i make a bit of it.......

use the original, not some ripoff

If you want to save some time, I'd make the backpack-thorny thing out of cardboard. Its fast and cheap, and if done right, it can look great.
