I ordered 10 of these because then were less than $2.00 a piece. I do not have the talent of most on here, but I do think I can use a lil bondo, a dremel and a few other materials to make a M6g out of these. They have a good structure to them. I found these on Ebay, do a search for "plastic Pitol".

as mills lane would say "I'll allow it" i think this can be done....at least they were "cheap" so if any thing happens you got a few spares laying around...should be a kewl lil build

Great. Now u make me want to go out and waste two bucks to get one of those pistols and customize it...

Oh well, good luck on your build!

Watch it will say the gun is only 3 inches large on the box... lol :p Oh well, if it doesn't work you got extra guns to remake The Matrix scenes. ( First One. ) lol :p

Thay are cheap plastic Air Soft according to the ad. These are suposed to be 6" which is 4.5" short of what it needs to be but once I do the mods are done I know the back will be extended and possibly the fron so they will reach 10.5 like they should be. My puter is pack and I'm in the internet cafe here, but if I get ahold of my friends puter I will try to do an image to show some modding tip and stuff.

As long as the sellers gunna send the actual thing, it's a real airsoft with like less than 200 FPS and those measurements of length are correct.

You will still have to extend theback and I believe the barrel is to long. Not to mention I got 10 of these for under 2.00 a piece but I just did a search for Desert Eagle and they range from 30.00 to 180.00 a piece. Yeah a lil much for me...lol.

Talent is easily made up for in effort, no?

Still, they look like a good base for the pistol, although you'll have trouble keeping the same magazines since you'll have to cut off part of the back of the pistol grip/magazine slot.

This of course is just a drawing..lol. The hard part is making it happen. I will prob mod the mag well a lil differently so I can still eject a mag. We'll see when I get started which won't be for a few weeks yet (at least).

Are they still going to be working airsoft guns? Cuz I was thinking of doing something like this to my P228. Can't wait for you to actually start.

You know, if our laws weren't so strict up here in Canada (no airsofts allowed across the border) I'd be willing to buy a couple of these off eBay myself and do the same thing.

Definately a good idea there, Ithica. And a good choice as the base for the Pistol. Regarding the magazine, when you get these in hand check to see what the internal construction of that area is.

See, on my Tokyo Marui Sig Sauer Polizei P228 airsoft pistol, when I remove the magazine and look into that internal compartment I can see that the rear of the grip is just thick ABS plastic, and is separate from the magazine mechanism (the magazine is actually held in a casing, apart from the grip itself).

If yours is the same in that respect, then you should be able to simply cut off that "excess" plastic on the back of the grip until you get to the casing for the magazine release, which will then give you the correct angle and look to your grip.

Of course, if none of what I said above made any sense (it's easier to show than explain, lol) let me know and I'll explain further ;)

I understand fully what you are explaining and I only hope they are that way. It will make things alot easier.

I would recommend using a different blueprint of the Magnum. Vrogy's blueprints aren't that accurate. Use Wizardofflight's instead. ;)
