More progress on Noble 1. Kat is on hold for now, she will work on a Dr. Halsey for now.
I have all the body armor printed with the exception on Chest/Back and thighs.

More progress, I have the chest abdomen 3/4 put together, the back is assembled as well. I have 1 thigh done, which is a reprint as the first one came out too short, so added 3".

More progress. Boots lower connectors of front/back and sides of belt.
I see a small problem, that I will some how have to fix. The Chest and back are approximately 1/2 inch difference, a bit frustrating after all this work.
Any suggestions?

My chest/back match up is a little over 1/2 cm difference, but due to the collar it's pretty noticeable.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
TIA

I have heard you can try to bend the plastic if you heat it up. I have never tried this so I can't give you any suggestions on how to do it, but you might be able to try it.

Wish I could provide something helpful to Carter7236, but alas all I can say is to be very careful if you try to heat the armour to manipulate it. Because the print is hollow, it's very easy to put a finger dent in the armour, or bend it in a way which you weren't intending.

Short of reprinting, you could try using gap filler or something similar to build up layers and fill the difference. Fill the gaps in, build up a lot of extra, then sand everything, preferably with a dremel or the like, to make it look more even. That's a pretty considerable gap though, and there's a lot of material to try bending. A small bend might do it, hit it with a heat gun just enough to be pliable, but with how much is there to heat up I would be worried about melting part of it before it's all pliable enough to move.

I'm filling in the gap with plastic sheets, that will be sanded and filled. Slow arduous process, but better than reprinting all of it.
Both thighs are printed to size after a lengthening of 3 inches ( I'll post pics here in a bit).
I appreciate all the suggestions and help!
There is a con in Tulsa in August that I'm shooting for, so hopefully it all works out!

Solved the above issue (I think), but in the meantime I was finally able to lay some paint on the chest armor after 3 priming and sanding sessions!
I think I need to paint square boxes on either side of the middle black as well, but pics of Carter are rare especially since he has the 2 pouches covering them.

Everything is printed with the exception of the belt sides and the connectors on the lower chest/back. Ran out of primer filler, so I'll need to restock

I'm following you on Instagram as well!
I need primer filler to continue. I have all pieces printed with the exception of the belt sides and the lower straps that bridge the chest/ back.
But everything is on hold as I'm also a Kringle and my season started very early this year. We have a Senior Citizen Expo this Thurs.; most likely won't have more progress until after the holidays.
