Welcome to the 405th! I can't wait to see how your suit is coming along. Do you know what type of armor you are going to use for the other parts of the suit?
I think I am going to take parts from the Spartans in Halo Reach. Its one of my favorite Halo games and I like the diversity that the Team members have. So hopefully I can find certain parts and tie them all in. Since Im a rookie at this we will see how the helmet goes first then I will decide for sure if not I might take some of the halo 4 sets and use them.

Well here is a quick update. My first go with Pep was way to small. So I started over and hopefully this time it will fit. I was having a problem getting my bigger helmet pieces to fit on one page of A4 or Letter size paper. This is when I wish I had an expensive big printer. Any ideas on how to get bigger pieces to fit in the proper ratio on the paper. I have used multiple help links on this site but am worried when I get to the armor that im going to have issue with the pieces not fitting on getting cut off and such.

trial and error buddy it also help to buddy up with youtube there are trillions of halo and non halo related pep builds with full how tos watch till your eyes bleed n youll have it down pact

tell me if this helps or if u had another problem.
This helps to get the right size. I had to print some pieces on two pages and try to make them fit back together again so we will see if it works. Here's crossing my fingers.

We're u able to make extra cuts in pepakura if it couldn't fit on a page?
I dont know what you mean by extra cuts. Could you example a little more for me. Or maybe how to get to an icon that allows me to do that? dodgerfan2226 your insights have been very helpful so far. I just got done prepping all my pieces to glue together hopefully this weekend.

I kind of like the trial and error thing. For some reason it makes me feel like I am learning a lot. Do you have a link to your build by the way?

Thanks I am still a little noobosh also with pepakura but I am learng. If I find stuff I post it. Either way read it and see if it can help you.
Well here is the update thus far. I started hot gluing the helmet together lets just say after about 7 hours Im still working on it. I want to post some photos but when I do the Insert Image option and do the from computer option i can select the photo but there is no okay or cancel option like on the url insert option. Any help to upload them from my computer would be helpful I want to post my progress.
Thanks for the insight I found an upload link video. i was just hoping that I didnt have to use a image host site and instead do it from the desktop or something like that.
well over the last three days I have stayed up later than normal, slept through a few alarms and still made it work all three days on time. So here are a few photos of my progress and also the cut out and glued Warrior Helmet.
This might have been the hardest piece but I loved working on it.
