Noobish Question

Umm yeah really noobish but im a noob so its o'tay. When Im putting a link somewhere. How do I make it so its not the whole link and replace the actual link with the word "link" or "link here" or "click here"?????

click the insert link button, brings up a scripted window, paste link, new scipt comes up saying put name here or something of the sort. also your a veteran you can post anywhere.
