ODST armor cost

Hi! I'm new around here and I was interested with making Halo armor, particularly the ODST armor. Just one question? All in all, roughly how much does it cost to make an ODST costume like this one (without Battle Rifles):

If you are doing EVERYTHNG I would say $1,000-$2,000 for a good quality. Even using Pep as a base to make molds with.

Or if you do a pep full suit umm around $100-$200. But that plus the camo under it. The molded ones are the ones that will be $1000-$2000. And you need to sculpt.

If you do my suit, meaning my pepakura files, I'd say it would cost you 50-100 dollars since it is only half the amount of a spartan suit. It's just helmet, torso, and lower legs, but then, you need to buy a white/black camo under suit, that may cost 30-50 dollars alone, which ends up jacking your final cost to 80-150 dollars.
