1st Build ODST Corpsman/Medic

Hello, this is my first Halo build thread. I've never worked in foam before so I am going to try and make an ODST out of sintra(minus the helmet) and we'll see how it turns out together. I have a few pictures of what I've completed so far but there is still much to do. C&C welcome.

Don't think I've seen anybody make armour out of sintra but it looks like a good start! Couple of questions:
1. What's the helmet made from, and if it's someone's cast, who made it?
2. Are you going to reinforce the sintra in any way?

The helmet is some sort of cast plastic, it's the $80-$90 xcoser odst helmet you can find on eBay and amazon. For the price it's decent quality.
I made an entire custom Mandalorian out of 3mm sintra a few years ago. Never needed to reinforce it. That's why I like to use it, it's pretty sturdy on it's own.
