Props Odst/ Unsc Style Laptop!

Well, after finishing my chest plate I was bored. And then, a friend sold me a fully working EEE pc for $30. The thing is, its white. And boring.

Sooo......

I decided that there was only one option really. .

Ingredients:

1x EEE PC

1x screw driver

paint

bravery



One, innocent EEE pc

Oh noes:

But wait, all is ok, infact, all is better! Hand painted, no stencils here!

Infact, I decided to make a cool ONI page too:

So yes, this is what a couple of hours of being bored equals. So I warn you to lock up those nice laptops!

That's awesome. Looks like it just came out of a sandstorm.



If I have any constructive criticism to add, it's that the UNSC logo is missing the feathers under its wings and the UNSC text looks a little off, mostly the "C".



But dear god, how can I nitpick when the weathering job and the faux ONI screens are so amazingly awesome? How'd you do those awesome weathering effects?

oh crap, i knew i was missing something, its because i am hand painting it, i almost forgot that on my chest plate. ah well, its 7am and im buzzing on monster. Thanks for pointing it out though, ill fix it when i wake up!

That. Is. AWESOME. Lucky you, I had to pay full price for my Eee PC. I was thinking these things looked a little like the little UNSC laptops, I just didn't have the guts to do anything to my new $300 laptop. Once again, AWESOME.

I don't know, I can never find these ones in Texas, only in the UK so I stock up. They really are the nicest!

I think there may be a mistake on the faux Oni page, it says USNC not UNSC.

Otherwise, that's an amazing weathering job!
