ok how do i make my armor fit?

ok i now got files and before i print, can any one tell me how to make the cuts fit to my body? i have no idea how to do it. my friend didn't do this step and spent hours to create the helm, and it didn't fit. so if someone can tell me how to do the measurements before the prints

Well if you have measuring tape on hand you can measure your width (or height with some pieces) and put that size in for the armor. Thats how I scaled mine.

I used that method too. If you read the stickies in the creation section there is a tutorial for scaling. The methos that momoss mentioned works good. I used a reference picture, looked at how the armor piece fit on the character, and measured how that would fit on my body part. Plug those numbers in to pepakura and you're set. I would measure the WIDTH for the chest piece cause it'll probably assure mobility when you're done building it (can't guarantee it cause I'm still a noob too ) good luck hope it helps!!
