Online Problems

Recently my file on Halo 3 has been messed up.It says that I'm restricted from User created content, so right now I'm unable to play forge levels, watch movies, and look at screen shots that are sent to me. Has this happened to anyone? If it has please help, I miss playing my own levels.

P.S. I used to have a Gold Subscription, but it changed to Silver, is this the Reason?

Maybe it has something to do with Family Settings.

I Found the Problem! On Bungie.net I found out that it could be the Privacy settings, so I'll fix it quickly. I'll update in a minute.

Yup just about to say that... Turn off all your family settings if you can..
