Ok Well im starting to build a pep BR and when im done i want to no how i make it hard after the outside is resined can i do anything to the inside to make it firm?? thx for any help given

Resin and fibreglass the inside of the rifle. or fill it with "Great Stuff".

BE AWARE! I've heard horror stories about Great Stuff. I guess there's a version that doesn't expand. If you're going to try Great Stuff, try that kind?

I think some others were trying to cut it in half, fiberglass the insides, (which could also give you an opportunity to install some magnets for armor mountability) then reattaching them. Haven't seen a finished product yet though.

Don't use low expansion Great Stuff or like brands. It never dries.
