EDIT: Hey guys I am restarting everything you can track me here: http://405th.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=22588&st=0&p=359389&#entry359389
Since I can only post in the noob forum, I'm going to post here. Anyway, I'm starting work on my own pepakura armor and well I've done some work so far. This is how far I've gotten.
This is my garbage-rough-draft-giant-helmet-low-res-model-like thing. I used dollar store tape and didn't fold the edges. IT IS ROUGH. DYNAMIC ERRORS SOLVED! If your image is too big, you can't use it.

This is my hard work good copy of the HD helmet. I'm spending about 5 mins per piece cutting it perfect, folding it and glueing it with a glue gun, whereas I used tape for my rough one.
TIPS:
- when folding, run your nail over the lines you want to fold on, this will help you get perfect folds.
- when making, cut as you need pieces: this helps you to A ) be able to find things easier B ) keeps you from getting fed-up with either cutting or gluing, causing you to rush (a mix of both helps keep this from happening; it prevents boredom)
- if you cut all first because you have a strong will to resist boredom, pile everything together by size, this helps you find things quicker
- when glueing a series of tabs, glue the first one alone, then glue in 3s if they are small, 2s if theyre mediums and 1s if theyre large for best results
- im sure you already realize this and it seems your doing a great job but another tip is to make sure you line the numbers up and not the corners. Although it may line up the way to make sure its perfect is to line the numbers up --> as said by TwitchFMX8811
- also try to watchy a boring TV show or something that won't get you TO involved so you don't die from boredom (for example, don't watch prison break or you'll do something wrong from lack of attention, but if you watch like... Dora the Explorer? I don't know sometihng boring, I just leave my TV on family channel and l isten to what's happening
