Pepakura Edge ID's not displaying correctly

I selected "Place Edge ID Inside of Face", but as you can see from this image, many of the numbers are being placed outside of the part, which makes it kind of useless when it comes time to glue them together.

I can't find any options to toggle the placement of the Edge IDs, so I came here asking for assistance. Can anyone help me with this?

It's not just the numbers you've high-lighted that are outside the faces, all of the numbers are outside (it's just that some land on tabs and others, like the high-lighted ones, don't). Try un-checking that option and see if it reverses (you want it to reverse all the IDs).

Edit: I confirmed the settings in Pepakura Designer...the 'Place edge ID inside of face' box should not be checked in order to get the IDs to print correctly (inside the piece as opposed to outside it).
