Pepakura Helm piece question

How would the "fold" 111 work? I can't quite figure it out.

u would cut the black solid line.. then fold the dashed (-----) line and glue the tiny tab under the other side

so would that end up slightly curved? And how would the fold on the upper part work then?

And it also happens on fold 27, same thing as well? It's actually so tiny after being scaled that I can't really do it

yeah i had some like that.. i just glued them together.. since there was no flap

like piece them together so the ends touched.. then put a bead of glue on the underside, holding them together

The part where the tabs for 248 and 254 overlap was tricky, but I did it like this (the new solid lines are cuts):
