Pepakura Scale Question, MarkVI Helmet and H3 ODST

Hey dudes,
ive take the mark VI helmet of the wiki pepakura file database and i printed this.
after i finished the helmet up to 80% ive checked the orignal size.

i think it doesnt fits so well... the top of the future visor is on the same level like my eyebrows... and ive none space over my head to the top of the inside.

the scale faktor is "12.713574"
hight "264mm"
width "340mm"
depth "231mm"

is this allright? or should i start a new one?

the witdh of my head is ca. 17cm and the high 24cm and the depth is 23cm ... i checked it with my ruler on myself.
by the way the top of the helmet is dented. can i fixed that?

because of the down status of the pepakura file database, can you please give me the links to the whole halo 3 odst amor in high detail. helpfull is a helmet fits to my big head ** or at least with an known scale faktor.

The helmet needs to be scaled up a bit. 24cm is too small. People usually have their helmets 27-30cm in height. Check out Xtreme TACTICS 101's scaling thread. His method is very accurate and helpful.

As for the files for Halo 3: ODST, they can be found here. It's a database for all the files in Nightshades massive ODST pepakura thread. I made it a long time ago on my Aero Napkin account (before the forums went down). It should have all ODST files.
