Pepakura

I am trying to make a helmate but im not sure how to put the helmate model in the pepakura program to look at. Can someone please tell me what to do. I have no clue.

Open Pepakura, then File/Open. Locate the file you downloaded, click on it, click ok. Now go read the stickies!
