Possibly another good Idea

Hey guy's this is a question for you old timers to the forum has anybody ever thought about using fiber optic's for a dull kind of light. It would look nicer then an LED because it dosent blind you when you look at it While you respond (that is if you respond) I will look up prices and plases where its available (if it's avalible) any way ya just a thought.
