I've seen video of this stuff in action, and I don't think it's quite there yet. For instance, the one I saw demonstrated requires a second person camera and projector set up for it to work. This Duke university project sounds slighlt more complex though.

Well i was watching the show "Future Weapons" and there is an invention of a vest that is covered with microscopic screens and cameras. The cameras on the back capture the image and display it on the front; and vice versa for the back.
