ive now just finished my third helmet and its about the size of an air balloon im keeping my local diy store in money!
can some one err any one please please tell me what the scale is for my size,
1,head circum is 25 inchs
2,from the top of my head to my chin is 10 inchs
can any one give me the right numbers to enter in to the pep program

Use the scaling method, it never fails

Heres some guessimates which should (80% sure) fit.

5'4'' tall scale to 23-24

5'6'' scale 24-25

5'8'' scale 26=27

6 feet + scale 28-29.5

Those numbers are if you are such and such tall in feet, scale the helmet to such and such cm tall.

many thanks it just that im on my last load of card etc again and want to get it right ,the problem is you have to build it to find out that you have done it wrong

If your doing a MC helmet, cut the bottom of the brim which goes above your eyes (like the shield of a baseball cap) if it is slightly larger than your head, your good to go.

Print a test page, cut it out, see if it fits, if so, print all other pages.

But add like an inch to your size. Otherwize, it too tight.
