I have made my first foam suit, and wore it for a few hours on Halloween. As with all costumes on the 405th, I had to take a ton of pictures and do a ton of poses. This caused some usual wear and tear and creases on my pieces, especially the boots, biceps, forearms and arm holes in the chest piece. I used the plastidip method of sealing which to my knowledge should have negated the creasing problem. Did I not apply enough plastidip? Or will pieces crease eventually due to normal wear and tear? Is there any method to completely reduce the amount of creases in foam armor?
