Great work! Looks fine!
But... it isn't ready for pepakura.
It have... at least two significant part crossing one by other. Look:

It is very easy to avoid of such crossings if you have model build of a few bodies - join them together and remove "united" parts of those bodies. I'm pretty sure 3ds max have automated tools for such things - something about boolean join... Not sure, I'm not pro in 3ds max.

Download taken down, major errors in model I need to fix, I caused them by mistake. Also, the model is not modelled for actual pep work. I havnt got time to do this sorry, I model for renders and games.

Can't you make them seperate pep files and then when making it cut of the extra?
