Removing the pep?

This is probably a stupid question, and I feel like I should know the answer (I'm leaning towards yes, but I want to be sure). After I fiberglass the inside, do I remove the pepakura design and then shape/sand/bondo/whatever the fiberglass or do I leave it on?

Its not necessary to remove the pep and I think it would just be a waste of time, after you harden the paper it becomes hard enough to sand and detail.

Well, remember you resin the outside first and then fiberglass the inside. So the pep is sandwhiched togetehr between the two. To remvoe you would have to remove either one to get the pep out defeating the purpose. After you Bondo theo utside/inside and carve details you can mold your helmet and make easy copies.
