Request: Does Anyone Have An Unfolded Military Police File?

I searched the forum far and wide. I found a non-unfolded file but if an unfolded already exists I'd love to take a look at that first. I found one reference to such a file on the forum but the 4shared link is no longer valid. Does anyone have this file?
