If you are working inside, you will need a GOOD respirator, if working outside in the cold, then a light one will work, outside has some wind blowing all the time, so that helps blow away he fumes from your work area. I didnt use a respirator at all when working outside, but I should have to still stay safe, I guess I got lucky to be ok after resining daily for 2 hours every day.

the respirator jarhead showed,

the label said " do not use for -formaldehyde, acid gases, abestos and lead particulates or fumes, isocynate materials"

does resin contain any of this?
Nope, not a bit of any of those

...the fighting... when will it end?

I dunno how I feel about those carbon activated masks. A simple dust mast (even in carbon activated) isn't going to create an air-tight seal when around your mouth and nose. Unfiltered air will pass around the gap of the filter and into your lungs...

Be safe, use a proper respirator.
