RvB Agent Maine cosplay

Hi all,

After a year plus, i am now starting on an agent Maine cosplay and will be posting my progress here. I have some CAD files which gave me the full helmet of which ive had to try and work on but its not easy editing an STL file in SOLIDWORKS. I have managed to seperate the visor and am
printing this today. i have attached photos at this initial stage.

UPDATE:

Most of the pieces of the helmet are printed and assembled, i scaled it to 110% as it looked a bit snug on the slicer software but it looks a bit larger on Agent Maine anyway so im happy. Ill have te visor close to complete this weekend.

UPDATE

Helmet is 90% finished, I just have to finish plastic welding the visor in and then make a head support for inside. Hopefully the photos attached
