okay guys heres one file that has the cqb, eva, eod and the recon chest that are all attached to the chest all that needs to be done is unfold it

now this is how the file works in pepakura go to the object list and select which perm you want and deselect the all the other ones you dont want put in the height of your chest piece and then hit unfold and now you have a scaled perm for the chest and this should work for fs torso as well and heres the file

all perms chest

like i said before dont be overwhelmed by how many perms are occupying the same chest just go to the object menu and deselect the ones you dont want

alright heres the bicep and the same deal with the chest put in the height from robos model and deselect the perm you dont want and sorry i didnt name the obj but they are in the same order and believe it or not but the MKiv shoulder is the tallest of them all who'd thought

all perms bicep/shoulder

no but what i did to see if using this for fs torso is by comparing the two different models that i already built and found out the differene is too minimal to detect and if there is, the problem is probaly too minimal to bother rescaling

wow thats a great idea, putting all the perms in one file and just selecting which ones you don't want to print by not showing them in the 3d space, i remember this from when i was trying to make some of the weapons directly from the game but instead of having multiple objects it had these annoying little bubbles i had to get rid of.

i'm downloading it now, good work man =D

wow...simply wow..........you guys keep the hot fire ...btw...will the hyubasa per file work w that?...and if not are u gonna put it on there too?

awsome work

Nice work crackhead. One question, what bicep model did you use as a base for your perms?

I just downloaded these files, and they both look great. Awesome idea to put them all into one instead of having to hunt down and download all the files. However... speaking for the Scout fans out there... Why didnt you include the scout perms? I noticed that and had to ask about it. - Ice

Technically it's a necro but it's better than creating a new thread so you won't hear me screaming "necro-post." :D

But anyway, back to your question....

I'm assuming that you have already obtained a correct scale for your Mark VI chest armor. Take crackhead09's allperms+chest file and scale it to the same assembled height as your chest armor. Then go to File --> 3DModelWindow --> Show Object List. This will bring up a panel showing all the chest perms included in the file. Press the "Clear" button and then highlight "recon." When you click "Close", the left side of your window should show the recon perm that is correctly scaled to your chest armor. BTW, this works for both PD2 and PD3.
