scaling a mkv helm

im currently preparing to start work on moz's mkv and was wondering if my head is 7 inches wide how wide do i need it

Everyone's head is shaped different, so you will most likely have to do trial and error to get it to fit right. To start with I would probably just build it the size that it already is, a little biger than 7 inches, and if it fits good, then great. One thing to keep in mind is that you want to keep the helmet as small as possible, to avoid looking like a bobble head.
