i wouldnt do it. Like its been said earlier, you can easily buy an amazingly detailed, no warpage, perfect helm off here of any permutation u desire for around $100-125. so the thing on ebay is a pure rip. Like adam said, try rube.

Just so you know, the guy is waaay overcharging for shipping. You're basically paying $260 for that thing.
My advice? PM BlueRealm, and you'll get one of the best looking helmets out there for around the same price, if not less. It's the helmet Adam uses with his suit.

Not worth it. First I think this guy is lying that he handcrafted it. First if it was hand crafted there should be no folded edges on the back of the helmet. Look at picture 5 for example. He probably used Pepakura. He used resin and fiberglass and probably sanded as is and does not know wtf bondo is which is like a putty that will help it sand into a smooth rounded area. The painting is okay but I'm not sure since it is a picture and the weathering was a little overdone. There is a visor but not double visor effect. Although he did LEDs, padding, Vents and some cruddy weathering. Again like others said about the feedback.

So I have been thinking about it, and I am relly curious what this helmet will actually sell for.
I might just bid on it if it stays under $200.
