Silicon and Clay

I am so confuse. I made my helmet with pepakura software, but when am I going to use Silicon and Clay.
I KNOW IT MIGHT BE A STUPID QUESTION, BUT PLEASE HELP ME.

If you made the helmet in Pepakura, you're *never* going to use those.
You use fiberglass and resin. Sorry..

I used a pep helm and still got the silicon and clay over the pep. It will work but you need to harden it first. I would suggest something cheap so you still have money to buy clay, silicon, and everything else. Good luck.

Better use bondo to smoothen it to, or else you'll waste that silicon and have a mold which contains all the flaps and lines from the cardstock.

After fiberglassing you pep helm, use glaze or bondo to harden it. After that use silicone rubber from smooth on. Just ask some one with kind to get. Then do all the layering and finish the mold. then use lyquid plastice to make you helmet from the mold. Then paint and finish your helm!
