haha. i probably have those same sheets. sad thing is, i pretty much kept all my childhood bedsheets, just for the novelty. Then I realized that they can be used a cool backdrops for photos (when you intend to post them publicly)
iWatermark? Sounds interesting. I have animation-cels that i scan, but need a better way to watermark them. I'll look into that program.

I kind of wish I had kept more of that kind of stuff but it's probably best I didn't ... I already have a garage full of boxes that I still haven't unpacked (and I moved here over a year ago )
I couldn't find the sheets but I did find the pillow case:

If they weren't for a single bed I'd probably still use them (still playing with the watermark)

I hate it when people steal my images. I once released a demo for my game with a resource avatar (b/c there was a profile system) in it and this guy used it as his avatar.

It would be so funny to sue him and take him on one of those court shows.

Alright. So, you got a kid trying to pass Belakor's work off as his own. That is bad, yes. I won't ever deny that plagiarism sucks major, sweaty dong and the people who do it need to be hung by their nuts until they squeal out Rule Britannia. What this kid did was wrong and he deserves punishment for it - I fully expect that the Bungie staff will remove this member to prevent him from being a cheat again.

But what about us?

I read through this topic, then I read through the ones he'd posted.... and damn, don't you all make the 405th sound so rosy and nice? Here, guys, I'll hold the chains, you grab his nuts, OK? I want the British National Anthem squealing out all over the 405th.

I'm not complaining about you guys wanting to defend a 405th member who worked hard to get what he did - no way in hell. Keep doing it, OK? Keep enforcing the spirit of brotherhood and sisterhood this site has going, because that is the strongest thing we have right now. We have a community spirit that's forming here and I love every second of it, but you guys are going way too far with the defensiveness thing.

It's OK to step up to the plate and say 'hey, that's not yours, stop being stupid'. But what a lot of you guys were doing was trolling, and that doesn't represent very well on you OR the 405th. I'm not complaining that you defended Belakor, I'm complaining about the manner in which you did it.

Next time someone pops up trying to plagiarise the 405th's work, here's what I suggest you do.

Sit for a second. Don't angrily rush in making threats. Calm yourself. Then once you're calm, go in and take mature action. Inform the member he's plagiarising, and then report him to the staff - they WILL take action. Show some responsibility, because if you don't you're no better than the one who was doing it, OK? And I'm not gonna watch as 405th members troll, no matter what the circumstance.

Other than that - well done keeping your eye on the ball there. I'm happy this got resolved.

It has been rumored such a quality exists in me.... I've yet to see it. And I'm sure that at the first signs of emergence, it will be surgically removed.

youre the one misuderstanding, the topic was about him selling it, he doesnt actually have the helmet, therfore he would be scamming, he used to be a member of this site for 8 days, prehaps he intended to make one similar to belakor and post that to the buyer instead of belakors helmet, if we hadnt of noticed that, someone wouldve got scammed,

i agree, the comments were too harsh sometimes, but if we had just put a polite comment saying "excuse me, do you think you could prehaps rethink your topic, it looks similar to someones i know"... what, you think he'll admit it? harshness was required to make him take back his topic otherwise he would have kept on denying it, i dont think hes satisfied yet, he will just find another topic and steal pics and post it elsewhere, its someone that wont give up, and my last comment "he doesnt even deserve to use the internet to do that" well i still backup that quote and always will, people like that are scum...

the helmet was made and originally posted on the 405th, that means the only people who know about belakors progress where the 405th, if we didnt step in and say something, nobody would have, and someone would have lost $500, im proud of what most of us did, jumping in and being out of order to him completely, i wouldnt of had it any other way.

I used to do this when people would steal my sigs I made. I never used to put my name on them, so they were easily steal-able. I used to put stupid images in place of the actual piece and everyone would think the thief was a retard. Adam did this too back when someone was trying to sell his suit on ebay. They took a bunch of his pics from his gallery and ebayed the suit. He just replaced all the images with something else and the auction was ruined.
