Space marine armor?

hey, i need a little advise here.
im going to build a spacemarine armor, and im thinking, since you guys in here are experienced at making awesome armor, i think you can help me
i'd like to know what type of materials im supposed to use, how to "shape" them and generally how to do things :O
ps i know this isnt halo, sorry. but i hope you guys can help. thanks

By Space Marine Armor, I assume you mean Warhammer 40k Space Marines?

As far as I know there are not any Pepakura templates for the 40k Marine power armor, the few suits I've seen were all custom made and way different in style then the armor made by members of the 405th, this isn't to say you couldn't make 40k power armor using Pepakura and the like. I just think it'll be way harder.

I suggest poking around on Youtube for ideas on how and where to start.

Have you ever used a program called "Pepakura"? It allows you to create 3d models out of paper. Here is a collection of all the 40k Space Marine armor 3d files for Pepakura.
