I was looking at the Halo 3 Super-Cooled Accelerated Charged Particle Beam Rifle and was wondering...Should I make it, and how? Pepekura? Metal?

use happy thoughts and unicorn skin.

Pepakura would only work if you have a model for it. But you could still try constructing it out of cardstock or cardboard. we got a lot of guys who could help you in that area (monster, smilie, S419...).

you mean the spartan laser? or the jackal sniper rifle?

the beam rifle, i guess.
i would use pvc for base, and build clay over it

its gunna be tough, make sure you have big reference pictures
