A few years ago I made a tatical tacpad.
I Started with Molding clay and tons of in-game reference pics, molding it to the shape. Once it was shapped, I placed it on a Lego board and used Lego bricks as a Mold box
using Smooth On's Mold Max 15, I made a 2 part mold
then i poured in the smooth cast plastic, shaved the burrs, cut a hole in the window for an iPhone and painted it
