Hello folks!

It has been a long time since i have posted here. I see a lot of new users and as always some really awesome builds!

So this thread is as titled my Titanfall R-101C Carbine build. I love the gun in game and aesthetically it has an awesome look so i decided to go ahead and build it!

The material I'm using is MDF and without further delay, here are some pictures.

Here's the blueprint and thats my studio name feel free to like me on facebook! (shameless plug, couldn't help it)

So what i have so far is the basic shape of the gun. I should mention this is going to be a modular build, meaning it will be broken up in to several pieces in order to mold it when the project is finished.

Again folks its great to be back and stay tuned here for more progress in the coming weeks!

As always comments and critique are always welcome!

And here is everything so far.

So obviously I've put some work into the stock. Just want to note that its still in pretty rough shape but the next step will be to sand and bondo it into shape. For those of you wondering, yes that is pink insolation foam on the top there. That will get a coat or two of bondo to make it a permanent fixture on the gun.

As always folks your comments and critiques are welcome.

Enjoy!

@ Jbetts97: Thanks man! To answer your question, yes that is the plan to use styrene. I will mainly need it for the trigger assembly/magwell.

Thanks for the comments folks, Hopefully i can get some work in on this soon. Right now I'm in the process of opening a business and that is sucking my time like you wouldn't believe but hopefully ill get some down time soon and there will be more progress photos.

Thanks again folks and keep watching. I know its slow but i promise it will be great!!

Those trigger areas are always a pain because of the tight space you have to work in. I used a bondo pour method on a Halo 4 M6H trigger and in hindsight I should have used styrene. Good luck with your small business! Can't wait to see some more progress pics!
