What belt file and material are you using? There are a few tutorials for strapping and rigging. You would need some elastic, Velcro, or another type of joining material and the glue of your choice (shoegoo, e6000, etc, depending on what material you need to adhere the joint material to.)

I do agree an in-depth strapping tutorial overhaul would be useful. I'll try to make one if my spartan build does not take an extra 3 years to complete.
