Hehe I love play on words,

So I thought it about time to actually make something halo related and share it with the forums and so why not helmets.
I've pepped up five helmets, I'll start resining them and will add progress pics. I'll also add a few other side projects that i've done.
I'll be updating this first post with the current images of each helmet.
So here is the list

Right then, I need to learn to take more pictures,
But anyway pictures

Started to resin the top of the hayabusa helm, applied a second coat of runny rondo to the mark 6 helm, and applied left over resin to the terminus helm.

Also finished resining the ME helm just need to straighten it up and start rondo-ing.

I'll see about updating more regularly, though with preparations for moving house going on I do forget.

Oh and here is a little something I did for a heros and villains costume party, a really quick job probably 12 hours over 4 days.

Two more pics for you guys.

Did rondo coat on the me3 helm it sealed up most of the holes, but I forgot to straighten the front as it dried and its now crooked. Also, not sure If I should do another coat of rondo for the mark 6 helm, or fibreglass.
What effect does mixing more body filler with less fibre resin achieve? say a a 3:1 mix? instead of a 1:1 mix.

Also repainted the M3 predator pistol from mass effect.

Originally it had a base silver enamel aerosol, and an acrylic black painted over.
Stripped down the paint (not so well though), chucked on a primer did a base of black enamel, then metalic silver, black wash and clear coat.
