Visor Matirial

Hello David. I see this is the third time you have asked about Visors. The previous times you have asked you have been given the links to various tutorial threads that discuss visors in depth, including the material used to make them. I strongly encourage you to take the time to read the resources that are provided to you, as a few hours reading now will save you a lot of time in the future, as well as learning how to use the search feature here on the Forum or how to use boolean search operators in conjunction with search engines like Google or Bing to use their services to find results specifcally from our site.

To repeat, here are some of the tutorials and threads you have been previously linked to. If you read them you will see that that most common plastic for vacuum forming your visors is PETG, and the thickness is a matter of debate based on the strength of your vac table and your preferences.

Yo have also not answered the question previously asked about resources you have available and your current skill level, or what Helmet specifically you are looking at making a visor for. If you do not have the ability to vacuum form your own visor at this point, you can look into Flexible Visor Sheets that are available on Etsy or the use of Iridium Motorcycle or Scooter Visors.
