Vityaz Workshop ODST Helmet

Hello! I am new to the forum here and I am wondering how I would create an impact-rated visor for the ODST helmet I received from the Vityaz workshop via Etsy.

I can create foam inserts to secure the helmet to my head and paint the helmet.

With the understanding that we do not use our helmets as protective gear for any sport or activity and that we do discuss that here as we are not qualified to offer advice on creating protective gear, most members create a custom visor by either vacuum forming a clear plastic like pteg over a solid form/mold/buck or they use a flexible reflective visor material available from several sources online.
