I would help you "quest for Recon" but if you look for it you wont get it. The first people to get it were out of sheer luck, and the others are skill (Valentines Day Hopper, and Photoshop contest). Maybe more luck, I don't know. The Red vs Blue videos are referred to as Machinima (Machine Cinema), I'm always up for recording Machinima.

No it wasnt a flaming helmet .it was like a oval helmet that has no visor and has no eye openings.it fits his whole head and it looks tight .it was grey and lightish blue.someone on the internet made a forum (not here, somewhere that i found on google) about it , and had the persons gamertag.I forget were though... I should have bookmarked the page .

No more posts about how to get Recon, looking for ways to get Recon, or anything else about Recon unless you're making the armor itself.

I'm going to start warning people about it.

This may be only a fraction of how Bungie feels about this crap, but I totally understand how they get tired of hearing about this all the time.

It's not Security .I've seen security helmets before.BUT, if you remove the visor and make the helmet smaller then paint it grey , then it will look like the helmet that I saw.

Then it must have been a glitch. Bungie said it would be extremely hard to make DLC armour. But in Campaign you can find a glitched Elite helmet that looks kinda funky. You find it in the level: Floodgate.

Well I think it really doesnt matter. When ever Bungie wants us to have recon they will give it to us. + I think the hype for it will go away when everyone has it. But even tho this is a great topic to get on about. I do belive it will be a closed topic since it has no intetion on help, tips, or pics.

Recon quest? No.

get over it. it doesnt make you play any better, and honestly, it looks terrible. people only want it because hardly anyone else does have it.

making a machinima wil NOT get you recon, as its been done before.

they give recon to people with amazing ideas, not repeating something that somebody else did.

Belakor recieved his recon by making his amazing recon armor and posting it to bungie, without mentioning anything about him with recon armor on halo 3. and they gave it to him, making recon yourself and sending will not get you it because its been done, and seeing as youve mentioned it, i doubt you will recieve it.

Just My Opinion.
