Watch this space!!! Mjolnir MK IV Pep/Scratch Build

Ok just to get a new thread started for upcoming build. After a long deliberation I have decided to go all in and do a combination Pep ( Helm ) and Scratch ( All armour pieces ) build.
My armour of choice when looking at reference pics was always the MK IV but I was never happy with the Pep files I found for the armour. So a big shout out to KatNip who showed me from her thread that scratch builds really dont have to be that daunting.

So as it stands the plan is thus:

Helm: Pep, Resin, Glass, Bondo/Rondo, Paint/Airbrush, Electronics
Chest/Back: Foam Scratch, Plastidip, Paint/Airbrush, Electronics
Shoulders: Foam Scratch, Plastidip, Paint/Airbrush, Maybe electronics
Biceps: Foam Scratch, Plastidip, Paint/Airbrush
Forearms: Foam Scratch, Plastidip, Paint/Airbrush, Electronics ( Build will also incorporate Recessed left forearm for my HTC One/Mock AI
Gloves: Gonna custom make these as I cant find any gloves anywhere I like.
Cod/Backside: Foam Scratch, Plastidip, Paint/Airbrush ( Gonna incorporate a easy open front panel for lil boys room pit stops lol )
Thighs: Foam Scratch, Plastidip, Paint/Airbrush
Shins: Foam Scratch, Plastidip, Paint/Airbrush, Electronics
Boots: Foam Scratch, Plastidip, Paint/Airbrush

As far as electronics go I will have the standard LED clusters in key areas. But am also going to Incorporate EL Wire into the build to hopefully make it pop.

If your wondering why I have listed each part separately and listed all steps is this will be my main update area for work process.

I will be using RUNDOWNs pep file for the helm which will make forming visor A lil difficult as I was planning on vacuforming it. If anyone knows a pep file with visor included I'll be forever in dept with cookies an stuff

So first step is once my Iron man helm is Fibreglassed I will start cutting pep and begin construction.

Give me another two weeks, and I'll be posting all of mine. I commissioned Rundown to do the entire suit for me. I WILL be offering it when I get them all in.

Ok so I been flat out with work lately and just started new build. I had to scratch the MK IV idea cause I'm getting a 3d printer for Xmas so I want to print this bad boy.

So in the mean time I have started pepping the MK VI FS helm. I have the top brim/skull section done so far and will upload progress this arvo. Do I need to start another thread or just edit/delete details from this?
